Based on the drawings or samples provided by the customer, we conduct a feasibility evaluation and offer professional recommendations and quotations according to materials, structure, and manufacturing processes to ensure the product meets practical application needs.
Product Design & Engineering
We proceed with structural product design according to the confirmed requirements, including appearance, functionality, and strength analysis.
3D modeling and mold flow analysis are also applied to evaluate moldability and identify potential issues in advance.
Samples are produced through 3D printing or trial molding for functional and appearance verification. Necessary adjustments are made based on customer feedback to ensure the final product meets expectations.
Precision molds are developed according to the finalized design to ensure structural stability, long service life, and suitability for mass production, laying a solid foundation for subsequent manufacturing.
Trial molding and small-batch production are conducted to verify injection parameters, dimensional accuracy, and appearance quality, ensuring the product meets mass production standards.
Mass production is carried out following standardized operating procedures. With automated equipment and stable processes, we ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery.
Post-processing operations such as trimming, printing, assembly, and surface treatment are performed according to product requirements to enhance overall product quality and completeness.
Inspections are conducted in accordance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 to ensure every batch meets specifications and customer requirements.
Products are packaged and labeled according to customer requirements. After final inspection, shipments are arranged to ensure safe and timely delivery.
